This group salon Nature / Us featuring 31 artists deal with different aspects of the relationship between Humans and our Environment. All the art is available for sale off the wall meaning you take it home on the day of purchase.

Nature/Us - Conceptual framework:  The concept, deals with different perspectives on the relationship between Humans and our Environment - That is to say, all life and the elements outside of our body and mind. The concept is interpreted and presented by thirty one artists in many different mediums, from painting, embroidery, jewelry, printing methods, flower arrangement, collage, words and movement. The discourse of creating while simultaneously destroying, paradox and contradiction form a central idea, as is the flow of time and the elusiveness of not knowing everything for sure. The exhibition is a curational collaboration between Bettie Coetzee-Lambrecht and Marita Schneider from GalleryOne11. Nature/Us will take a festive season break from the 17th of December and any viewing will only be possible by appointment. This exhibition with as many mediums rendering nature as artists is the perfect occasion to shop and support original local art as gifts for loved ones to treasure.
